Rico, River, Potato (see alumni page) and Hazel (see alumni page​) were abandoned and found their way to three different homes that were kind enough to take them in (and those good Samaritans then found their way to us!)

Rico is such an incredible pup! He's confident, affectionate, smart, biddable, playful and already well housetrained (no accidents). He has a great toy drive - LOVES to play with stuffed toys, is learning how to play fetch and is very respectful with older dogs. Rico is also doing very well with leash walking and is great in a car. Rico would make such an amazing dog for an active family that wants to put in the time and effort to train and potentially someone who is interested in doing some dog sports!
